Can VoidProof help with inspection compliance?
Yes. VoidProof helps you configure a schedule and required evidence, then records whether a visit was completed on time. You remain responsible for entering the requirements that apply to your property.
What is the Compliance Record Guarantee?
A configured visit cannot be marked complete until its required checks and evidence have been recorded.
Does VoidProof guarantee an insurer will accept a claim?
No. VoidProof creates inspection evidence records. It does not sell insurance or decide claims.
Does VoidProof replace my policy wording?
No. You still need to enter the correct inspection interval and evidence requirements for each property.
What does an inspection report include?
The property, visit date and time, inspector, schedule, checklist answers, notes, issues, photos and next inspection due date.
Can a team manage multiple properties?
Yes. Agent plans are designed for multiple inspectors working across a portfolio of empty or void properties.
Do I need to install an app?
