Who is responsible
Northern Stack is responsible for information you send directly to us. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@northernstack.co.uk.
The website and Blackmoot
The public studio and Blackmoot pages do not contain account registration or enquiry forms. If you choose to email us, your email provider and ours process the message and any information you include.
If you contact us, we use the information in your message to respond and keep a reasonable record of the correspondence. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing without permission.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to respond, evaluate an enquiry and maintain a reasonable record of it. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing us.
