This notice covers the VoidProof marketing website and private-pilot enquiries. A separate product privacy notice will be published before production accounts store property records, inspection photos or location information.

Who is responsible

Northern Stack is responsible for information submitted for VoidProof early access. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@northernstack.co.uk.

Information we receive

If you request early access, your prepared email may include your name, email address, role, approximate number of properties and anything you choose to tell us about your current inspection process.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry.
• To assess suitability for the private pilot.
• To improve the planned VoidProof service using grouped feedback.

We do not use early-access details for unrelated marketing without permission, and we do not sell them.

How the form works

The website prepares an email in your own email application. GitHub Pages does not collect or store the form contents. Your email provider and ours process the message when you choose to send it.

Retention and your choices

We keep pilot enquiries only as long as needed to respond, evaluate the pilot and maintain a reasonable record of that correspondence. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing us.
