What VoidProof guarantees.

When you configure an inspection schedule and required evidence for a property, VoidProof will not mark that visit record as complete until every configured requirement has been captured.

What it covers

• The configured visit schedule is recorded with the property.
• Required checklist items and evidence fields must be completed.
• The exported record shows the visit timing, inspector, captured evidence and next due date.

What it does not cover

VoidProof does not verify that you entered the correct policy requirements, replace your policy wording, sell insurance or decide whether an insurer accepts a claim.

The guarantee is about the completeness of a VoidProof record against the requirements you configured. It is not a guarantee of an insurance outcome.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for entering the correct schedule and evidence requirements, carrying out the inspection accurately and reviewing the final record.
